At Divine Touch, we strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our services (healing, coaching, consultations), we offer limited refunds.

1. Digital Courses & Online Sessions

Once accessed or downloaded, digital courses are non-refundable.

2. Healing & Coaching Sessions

• Refunds will not be issued for missed or unattended sessions without prior notice.

• Partial refunds may be issued if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance.

• If a session is canceled by Divine Touch, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Workshops or Retreats

For events with limited seating, refunds may be issued if canceled 7 days in advance, minus transaction fees.
